The booking is settled in absolute transparency with a booking confirmation email. On arrival, where foreseen, the relative rental contract is ratified to conclude the handover of the property in complete administrative legality and safety of the guests accommodated.
Visitor's tax (€2 per night up to a maximum of 10 nights) to be paid and invoiced separately on site from 12 years of age up to 74 years of age, exempt frail persons and parents/ carers, etc.
Payments are accepted: cash, bank transfer, debit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc., followed by regular invoicing. Payments and tariff conditions follow the specifications of the chosen tariff. Any rate ''exceptions'' that have been verbally agreed and confirmed in the quotation email shall take priority over the rate conditions provided by default in the fields of the quotation itself. In the event of non-arrival (no-show), early departure or cancellation, the chosen rate conditions remain unchanged, subject to specifically agreed ''exceptions''. Prices are expressed in € and already include VAT where applicable.
Standard check-in from 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. and check-out by 10:30 a.m., but exceptions may be permitted with prior agreement.
Pets are only allowed in some flats and only on request.
